Pay no attention to the readership or “like” numbers, they will grow.

Your documentation of this dangerous, outrageous to the point of insanity dismantling of a once extraordinary health care system, the vaccination distribution system, is critical.

Please keep writing about what is happening. Like an instruction manual in reverse, your documentation of this catastrophe will, one day, help people rebuild.

Thank you.

The only way we can push back is through experts like you, please keep up the god work .

Freudian slip...GOOD work

Not a complete Freudian slip imo. Remember the old saying “cleanliness is next to godliness” ? Replace “cleanliness” with “data driven, historically accurate, intellectually honest, scientifically solid writing” and it describes this Substack and the author. Thank goodness for that.

That was really good!

TY for strong reporting.

This dismantling in addition to all of this administration's strategies require us to resist feeling overwhelmed or sitting back watching the crumbling of a country. This is our moment not just to speak out, but to stand up and against and fight for a semblance of democracy for everyones' well being. It's going to get worse.

Yes. It will get worse before it gets better, and the only way it will get better is if we are clear-eyed and realistic about the mechanisms being used for dismantling the system.

Yes, that Merck.

Thank you. ER physician here. I hear you, and I think I completely agree.

The blame game gets messy though doesn’t it?

I think you should keep doing what you’re doing, and that there’s value in it, overall, though, I think that there is a need for us as a health sector broadly, to consider how we can improve.

Because as I understand it, mines and hearts don’t change due to data or Name-calling or blaming. They change through stories and relationships.

Thanks again.

The United States is now a kakistocracy. I fear it will take generations for us to undo the damage that these sociopaths are visiting upon our country.

On this one distinct issue, I would suggest that the legal profession enter the fray and litigate these people into oblivion. Unfortunately, my profession has become so compromised by mendacity and selfishness that this appears to no longer be an option.

Considering the likely impact on their profits, the pharmaceutical industry may want to have a word with them. 🤔
